The Cummins DQDAC stationary generator set is a new, robust diesel generator designed for standby applications. It delivers 300 kW of power (270 kW prime) through the QSL9-G7 engine, which is rated at 418 HP and operates at 1800 RPM, meeting EPA Tier 3 emissions standards. It easily accommodates different power needs with its 12 lead configuration, adjustable for 120/208V and up to 480V. Key features include a permanent magnet generator, an oversized generator end rated at 352 kW, and a 1200 Amp adjustable main-line circuit breaker. The assembly is UL 2200 listed, ensuring safety and reliability.
This generator is equipped with a PowerCommand 2.3 digital control panel, providing advanced monitoring and control capabilities. The unit also comes with necessary accessories like a battery charger, coolant heater, and a weather enclosure for enhanced durability. Although the generator includes a substantial 550-gallon UL 142 listed sub-base fuel tank with secondary containment, batteries and startup are not supplied with the purchase.
Designed to withstand high ambient temperatures, the generator measures 54 inches wide, 124 inches long, and 130 inches high, and is mounted on 6-inch high blocks with a total weight of approximately 8,450 lbs.
